ELT is firmly consolidated on the domestic market and can be found in the major manufacturers of interior and decorative lighting, signs and street lighting, as well as electrical and lighting material dealers and warehouses, offering support and service before and after sales.
Our sales force includes a commercial network with 21 branches all over the Spain, reinforcing our leadership in the manufacture and marketing of ballasts and auxiliary lighting components.
As an integral part of a highly competitive sector, and convinced of the need for active associationism, we form part of Anfalum (National Association of Light Fitting Manufacturers), CELMA (European Committee of Light Fitting Manufacturers) and CEI (Spanish Lighting Committee).

A team of specialists devoted to foreign markets makes it possible for our company to grow in this area. Our “Strategic Plan” foresees an increase of our presence abroad, the growing internationalisation of ELT has enabled us to place our products in more than sixty countries on the five continents.
We have an extensive commercial and distribution network all over the world to make communication with our customers easier. A conscientious service that includes, advice, customer service and after-sales service.
Our first notable international technological experience took place in the province of Havana (Cuba) in 1988, where a factory was installed. In 1998 our subsidiary, ELT Argentina, was incorporated, as a production and commercial company, equipped with the latest generation technology and designed to respond, firstly, to the demand generated in MERCOSUR, and then, gradually, to the whole of Latin America.
Our presence abroad is consolidated with the continued participation in the main Fairs of the sector: Light & Building- Frankfurt, Matelec-Madrid- and other fairs of international prestige.

ELT is a modern and dynamic organisation, which is based on highly qualified professionals, involved in regular training and improvement processes. ELT understand that quality is expressed in total customer service, both before and after they show their trust by buying our products.
Both the electrical material wholesalers and the light fitting manufacturers channel or distribute ELT products to the electrical installations sector, which receives advice at all times from an efficient after-sales service, relying on technical information and experience in solving technical problems.
In order for this advice to be efficient, ELT relies on continuous training. All the professionals of the different departments are subject to regular training programmes, providing all the people with a high degree of specialisation. We offer our customers and collaborators training through external training programmes, conventions, technical speeches, seminars, etc.

ELT’s policy to improve service and distribution in order to provide a quick and efficient response to its customers’ needs, has led us to make the key processes of the company as flexible as possible, which has enabled us to reach an excellent service level.
A computer system, developed internally, based on EAN barcodes, makes it possible to perfectly control locations in the warehouses and to quickly and safely prepare shipments. This work procedure provides our customers with greater fluidity and better service.
Our logistic process analyses our customers’ needs and requirements, our suppliers’ delivery possibilities and our production capacity, in order to offer the best and most reliable service to our customers.
